Flexible shim is 31.8 mm outside diameter (the same as the wider part of your bars near the stem), and 22.2 mm inside diameter (the same as the narrow part of your bars near the grips).

Use the shim for mounting your bell securely near your grips, closer to your hands. To mount, simply bend the mouth of the shim open.
